To get your 1031 exchange started adn engage us as your Qualified Intermediary it will be necessary for us to collect some information you, your property, and the closing you have scheduled.

Once we have a copy of your purchase and sale agreement, the home address and email addresses of all the Exchangers (for e-signatures purposes), and the necessary tax identification numbers for your exchange trust account, it takes us about an hour to get your exchange documents to you for e-signature.
